Return Policy Adapted to EU Regulations
If you are dissatisfied with the products purchased from www.fotomix.ro and want to cancel the purchase and receive a refund, you can apply for the product return procedure within 14 calendar days, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations for distance contracts. The transportation cost is non-refundable.**
The 14-calendar-day period for exercising this right starts:
- For products, from the date of receipt by the consumer;
- For services, from the day the contract is concluded.
A distance contract is understood as a contract for the supply of products or services concluded between a trader and a consumer within a sales system organized by the trader, which exclusively uses one or more distance communication techniques before and at the conclusion of this contract.
The 14-calendar-day return right applies only to customers who have purchased products online from the website www.fotomix.ro. The customer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract within 14 calendar days, without penalties and without invoking any reason.
According to EU regulations, the consumer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the products. The right to withdraw from the purchase does not apply to legal entities. A product can be returned/exchanged only once.
Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the date the contract is terminated by the consumer.
According to EU regulations, the consumer cannot unilaterally terminate the following types of contracts, except where the parties (consumer and trader) have agreed otherwise:
- Contracts for the provision of services where the execution has begun, with the consumer’s consent, before the 14-calendar-day period expires;
- Contracts for the supply of products or services whose price depends on financial market fluctuations that cannot be controlled by the trader;
- Contracts for the supply of products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, as well as those which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- Contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software, if they have been unsealed by the consumer;
- Contracts for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, magazines;
- Contracts for betting or lottery services.

Products that show physical modifications, damage, scratches, etc., are not accepted for return. Products can only be returned via the same delivery method they were sent. Products will be returned to the address mentioned in the Contact section.
Attention!!!
Photo frames, printed photographs, t-shirts, mugs, and other items personalized with the photo, logo, or text requested by the client cannot be returned according to the law, as they are made to order and cannot be resold.
PENALTIES: All costs generated by the printing and transportation of personalized products will be charged to the client if they unjustifiably refuse the order. Delay penalties: 0.1% per day.
Digital media products are not returnable as they fall under point 4 of the provisions of EU regulations.
To return a product, this form must be completed in full, and we will respond via email within 3 working days with return instructions. Products must be returned in the original or equivalent packaging. We will not credit products that are damaged due to insufficient packaging. Please use a protective box to prevent damage during transit.
